Heonsoo Rhee became President/CEO of the Company in April, 2008 just after STX Aprilis was newly created as a wholly owned subsidiary of STX Forcetec. He is a 25 years veteran of the competitive global telecommunications and data services industry. Before joining the Company he held a variety of senior positions at global companies such as IBM, Cisco, Nortel and Samsung. Most recently, he founded the company named J&D Technology, Co in Toronto, Canada to provide consulting services in the area of Internetworking industry. Prior to his company, Heonsoo was a Vice President of Samsung Electronics where he led the Business Development, Global Sales and Marketing as well as Technical support for the Enterprise IP Business Unit in the Telecommunication Division. Prior to Samsung Electronics, Heonsoo was a Vice President in IBM Korea where he led the N/W Business unit. Before joining IBM Korea, he held positions in the United States and Canada for 12 years working for Cisco, San Jose, California as a Sr. Corporate Consultant and leading a technology group in Nortel Technology Lab as a Senior Member of Scientific Staff in Ottawa, Canada. Heonsoo also spent over a decade at IBM in a variety of advisory System engineering, pre-sales, and product marketing roles.

Heonsoo holds a Master Degree in Computer Engineering and a bachelor's degree in Physics from Yonsei University in Korea.
