STX ForceTec announced acquiring the assets from the holographic data storage business of DCE Aprilis, Inc. of Maynard, MA. DCE Aprilis is a privately-held developer of holographic materials and technology solutions for various application areas such as Solar concentrators, Aiming devices, LCD reflectors, and next generation optical data storage systems after Blu-Ray that enable enterprises and consumers to efficiently store, manage, and access large volumes of data. |
